Nursing Care

Nursing Care is for people with more complex healthcare needs and rehabilitation which cannot be provided at home or in a residential setting and the service requires the supervision of fully qualified nurses. The service could include frequent and complex medication regimes; regular wound care which can only be provided under the supervision of a qualified nurse where constant assessment, monitoring and care planning is essential.

Nursing staff are available 24 hours a day seven days a week who specialise in providing therapeutic and enabling care for our residents and are supported by teams of highly skilled healthcare workers who assist with all aspects of personal care and support to ensure our residents receive the very best care and attention.

Our approach to nursing care is based on the use of personalised care plans. Drawn up with the individuals we support and their families, our care plans will help ensure that each person we look after is treated with respect and that their independence and choices are maximised.
