What our staff say…

Cultural DNA.

At RDCP Care, we’re proud to build a workplace where everyone feels welcome and included. We celebrate differences, support equality for all, and value the unique backgrounds, experiences, and identities that each person brings to our team. We’re also passionate about standing with the LGBTQ+ community and making sure everyone feels safe, respected, and able to be themselves at work.

For us, inclusion isn’t just something we talk about—it’s part of everyday life. We want every person across our services to feel valued, supported, and confident that they truly belong here.

  • Here at RDCP Care, we’re committed to making sure people from all racial and ethnic backgrounds have fair access to opportunities, support, and career progression. We work hard to remove any barriers that could hold people back—whether that’s in recruitment, pay, promotion, leadership roles, or everyday experiences at work.

We regularly review our policies, use inclusive hiring practices, provide diversity and awareness training, and encourage open conversations so everyone feels heard, respected, and valued.

For us, this isn’t just about doing the right thing—it also helps us build stronger teams, bring in fresh ideas, and create a more positive and engaging workplace for everyone.

  • We’re really committed to gender equality and making sure everyone has the same chance to grow and succeed, no matter their gender.

We make this happen through fair and consistent recruitment, equal pay for equal work, and clear policies that don’t tolerate discrimination or harassment. We also support flexible working, parental leave, and leadership development opportunities, so our people can balance life and work while still progressing in their careers.

We love building a workplace where different perspectives are welcomed and valued. It helps us work better as a team, make better decisions, and stay focused on doing things fairly, respectfully, and the right way.

  • We’re really proud of our commitment to ethnic diversity. We’ve worked hard to create environments where people from all different backgrounds feel welcomed, respected, and able to thrive.

We support this through fair and transparent recruitment and promotion processes, equal access to training and development, and clear policies that help prevent discrimination or bias. We also offer cultural awareness training, celebrate different traditions, and encourage open, honest communication so everyone feels comfortable being themselves at work.

We truly believe that having a diverse team makes us stronger. It brings different perspectives and experiences together, which helps us think more creatively, solve problems better, and understand the people we support even more.

  • At RDCP Care, we’re focused on creating a workplace where everyone feels safe, respected, and supported—whatever their sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.

We do this by having a clear anti-discrimination approach, using inclusive language in how we talk and communicate, and making sure everyone has fair and equal access to benefits and opportunities. We also provide confidential support if anyone ever experiences discrimination or doesn’t feel included.

Alongside this, we offer awareness training, celebrate key moments like Pride Month, and encourage an open culture where people can simply be themselves at work without fear of judgement.

By championing LGBTQIA+ inclusion in this way, we help build trust, support wellbeing, and create a kinder, more welcoming environment for our teams and the people we care for.
