Jacki Perry
Regional Operations Manager

  • Jacki trained as a nurse from the age of 18 and, after qualifying, worked across a range of NHS departments before moving into training and management roles within private healthcare. She later returned to the NHS, spending five years in mental health working on quality improvement projects. Her journey into social care began as an Operations Manager for a large private provider, before joining Monarch Healthcare in 2009. Since then, she has taken on a more strategic role, working closely with Directors and acting as Nominated Individual, and she continues this work with RDCP Care today. Throughout her career, the variety of roles and people she’s worked with has given her a strong understanding of both care and the challenges people face.

Jacki has always been drawn to working with older people, particularly those living with dementia and complex needs. Even after many years, what she enjoys most is spending time with residents—having a chat and making small changes that can genuinely improve their quality of life.

Her strengths lie in working with people, especially those living with dementia. She prides herself on listening carefully, taking time to understand different perspectives, and making fair, considered decisions. She values integrity and always acts in the best interests of residents. She also enjoys leading and supporting teams, building strong relationships, and encouraging people to take pride in their work and the care they provide.

Her approach is to always be available, approachable, and open. She believes in honest communication and making sure people have the information they need to make informed choices. Jacki  takes time to engage with residents, families, and teams, and she values those relationships as a key part of delivering high-quality care.

Outside of work, Jacki’s family means everything to her, and she also has a real passion for animals. Spending time with my dog and horses in the countryside is where she feels most relaxed and happy, and she truly believes there’s a lot we can learn from animals about being present and appreciating the moment.

Tracy Davison
Regional
Manager

  • Tracy is experienced Registered General Nurse with over 20 years in the care sector. She began my career as a care assistant, where she developed a strong foundation in person-centred care, before going on to qualify as a nurse. Since then, she has progressed through a range of leadership roles, including Home Manager and, for the past five years, Regional Manager. Alongside this, she also holds the role of Nominated Individual for my homes, which reflects her commitment to governance, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement across the services she supports. Her experience combines hands-on clinical practice with strategic oversight, ensuring consistently high standards of care.

Nursing has always been something she wanted to do, and it became a natural progression for her after starting a family. What she enjoys most about her role is being able to make a meaningful difference to residents’ lives while supporting teams to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

Her key area of expertise is supporting older people living with dementia, as well as those with complex behaviours and mental health needs. she is passionate about ensuring that care is tailored, dignified, and responsive to individual needs, even in the most challenging situations.

Her approach to supporting residents, families, and teams is rooted in compassion, respect, and empowerment. She focusses on improving quality of life for residents while enabling care teams to feel confident, supported, and able to deliver the best possible care. She believes strongly in working collaboratively and leading in a way that encourages openness and continuous improvement.

Outside of work, Tracy believes that every member of the team plays an essential role, and that care only works effectively when everyone is working together. She sees the team as interconnected, where each person is a vital part of delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care.

Lincy Thomas
Regional
Manager

  • I began my career as a registered nurse in India before continuing my nursing journey in the UK. Over the years, I developed my leadership skills, progressing into management roles and more recently into a Regional Manager position, supporting several care homes. Alongside my nursing background, I completed my Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, which further strengthened my knowledge and passion for delivering compassionate, person-centred care. My experience across different care settings has helped shape my approach to leadership and quality care delivery.

I’ve always been inspired by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Supporting individuals to live with dignity, comfort, and independence is incredibly rewarding. What I enjoy most is working closely with residents and teams, building strong relationships, seeing positive outcomes, and helping staff grow and succeed in their roles.

My key strengths include leadership, team development, and maintaining high standards of care and compliance. I’m passionate about quality improvement, staff mentoring, and ensuring each home delivers safe, effective, and person-centred care. My nursing background also gives me strong clinical knowledge to support decision-making and oversight.

My approach is centred around compassion, communication, and teamwork. I believe in creating a supportive environment where residents feel valued, families feel reassured, and staff feel empowered. Listening, understanding individual needs, and working together are all key to achieving the best possible outcomes.

A value I strongly believe in is treating everyone with kindness and respect, both in and out of work. Outside of my role, I enjoy spending time with my family and continuing to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
