Made Possible is RDCP Care’s commitment to bringing personal wishes to life, with an ambition to fulfil 200 wishes in 12 months across our 19 care homes.

We believe people should have opportunities to look forward to, pursue their interests and experience something they have always wanted to do. A wish might mean heading out on a speedboat or returning to a place full of happy memories. What matters is what it means to the person making it.

With support from our communities, we can help make more of these experiences possible.
