RDCP Care is delighted to officially welcome the residents, families, and dedicated teams of Monarch Healthcare into our growing care home family.
The acquisition of the Nottingham-based Monarch Healthcare group marks an exciting new chapter for RDCP Care, bringing 11 freehold nursing and residential homes across South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, and Staffordshire into our wider portfolio.
While this represents an important milestone for the group, our priority remains the people who make each home special. We know that changes of ownership can naturally bring questions and uncertainty, which is why continuity of care is at the heart of our approach.
Residents and families can continue to enjoy the familiar faces, trusted home managers, dedicated care teams, and strong community connections that make each home unique. These important relationships remain at the centre of daily life, now supported by the wider resources, expertise, and clinical support available through RDCP Care.
