Our features.

Jade Vince
Home Manager

  • I started my journey in care at 18 years old as a Healthcare Assistant. From the beginning, I gained hands-on experience supporting residents with their daily needs and building meaningful relationships with them and their families. Over time, I’ve developed my skills and confidence, learning how to provide compassionate, person-centred care while supporting both residents and those close to them.

I was inspired to work in care because I wanted to make a positive difference in people’s lives. What I enjoy most about my role is knowing that even small actions can have a big impact—whether that’s helping someone through their day, offering comfort, or simply making them smile. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of something that truly matters.

My key strengths include building strong relationships, being patient and compassionate, and working well as part of a team. I’m reliable, attentive, and always focused on making sure each person is treated with dignity and respect. I’m also keen to keep learning and developing my skills.

My approach is caring, respectful, and person-centred. I take the time to understand each individual’s needs, preferences, and routines so they feel comfortable and valued. I also believe in clear communication and teamwork, supporting my colleagues and keeping families informed and reassured.

A value I live by is treating everyone with kindness and respect. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and taking time to relax and recharge, which helps me stay positive and bring my best self to work every day.
