What’s on at Kings Bromley Care Home this autumn

There is plenty to look forward to at Kings Bromley Care Home over the coming months, with a packed programme of music, celebrations, seasonal events and community activities planned for residents, families, friends and visitors.

From Diwali and Halloween to live music, a military singing show and Christmas celebrations, our upcoming events are all about bringing people together, creating meaningful moments and making life at Kings Bromley as enjoyable and engaging as possible.

Diwali – Festival of Lights

Friday 9 October 2026

We will begin our autumn celebrations with Diwali, the Festival of Lights.

Diwali is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate light, colour, culture and community, and we are looking forward to marking the occasion with our residents.

Celebrating different traditions is an important part of creating an inclusive and vibrant care home community, and we hope this will be a colourful and enjoyable event for everyone involved.

Music Festival

Friday 23 October 2026 at 2:30pm

Music plays a very special role in care home life.

A familiar song can spark memories, encourage conversation, lift a mood and bring people together, which is why we are delighted to be hosting our own Music Festival at Kings Bromley Care Home.

Residents, relatives, friends and visitors can join us for an afternoon of music, entertainment and good company.

Whether you enjoy singing along, listening to live music or simply soaking up the atmosphere, we would love you to join us.

Halloween Party

Halloween is set to be a lot of fun at Kings Bromley this year.

Our Halloween Party will bring residents, families, friends and staff together for a lively seasonal celebration filled with laughter, decorations, treats and a few spooky surprises.

Activities and celebrations like this are a big part of life at Kings Bromley, helping residents stay socially connected and giving families the chance to enjoy special occasions together.

Visitors from the local community are very welcome too.

Military Singing Experience Show

Thursday 12 November 2026 at 3:00pm

In November, we will be welcoming a Military Singing Experience Show to Kings Bromley Care Home.

Music from past decades can be particularly powerful for older people, often helping to bring back memories of people, places and important moments from earlier life.

We are looking forward to an afternoon of nostalgic songs, shared memories and entertainment, with residents, families and visitors all invited to join us.

This promises to be a very special event and a wonderful opportunity to enjoy music together.

Christmas Spectacular with Michelle

Friday 11 December 2026 at 2:30pm

Christmas is always a special time at Kings Bromley Care Home, and our festive celebrations will begin in style with our Christmas Spectacular featuring Michelle performing live.

Residents and visitors can look forward to an afternoon of Christmas music, festive entertainment and plenty of seasonal cheer.

For many people, music is closely linked to Christmas memories, and we hope this event will create lots of opportunities for singing, reminiscing and simply enjoying time together.

Residents’ Christmas Party

Wednesday 16 December 2026 at 3:30pm

Our Residents’ Christmas Party is one of the highlights of the festive season at Kings Bromley.

The party will be an opportunity for residents, families and staff to celebrate Christmas together, enjoy music and refreshments and spend time with friends.

Christmas in a care home should still feel like Christmas at home, full of familiar traditions, laughter, decorations and people coming together.

We are looking forward to making this a very special afternoon for our residents.
