Management
Sandeep Dhindsa
Care Home Manager
I began my career in the health care industry by working my way up from care assistance, senior carer and as a deputy and I have worked closely with the previous manager with the day to day running of the home and quality monitoring process. I became a registered manager in Caldene Rest Home in February 2023. I gained NVQ level 5 in health and social care and I have commenced my nursing degree in September 2024 at Wolverhampton university.
I operate an open-door policy and easily accessible to staff and family. I am dedicated to the staff, service users and families. I am passionate about moving the home forward and improving quality daily.
