Management
Jeena Jerry
Care Home Manager
My name is Jeena Jerry and I began my career at Caldene Rest Home as a Senior Carer in 2007. I then continued to challenge myself and my progression potential, by completing my NVQ 3 & 4 in Health and Social Care and training to become a Care Home Assistant Practitioner (CHAP).
Always striving to improve my knowledge, I completed my NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management and became the Registered manager at Caldene rest Home in 2020. I recently completed my Adult Nursing Degree in 2023 and became the Registered Manager for Richmond Court Nursing Home in March 2023.
I am a dedicated, compassionate ‘hands on’ professional, who delivers the highest standards of care. Our home is very inviting, and my job is rewarding. I enjoy all aspects of managing the care home, including making it homely for our service users. My aim is to bring up the home to an excellent standard by supporting the staff, having good relationships with our service users and family, ensuring the quality of care and compliance are within care standards.
